Digitalne kompetence učiteljev: osebni, profesionalni in kontekstualni dejavniki

Povzetek

Digitalne kompetence učiteljev so ključne za kakovostno vključevanje digitalnih tehnologij v pedagoški proces. Namen prispevka je bil raziskati dejavnike, ki vplivajo na raven digitalnih kompetenc učiteljev. V narativnem pregledu literature smo uporabili kvalitativno vsebinsko analizo izbranih znanstvenih člankov. Analiza je pokazala, da na digitalne kompetence učiteljev vplivajo trije sklopi dejavnikov: osebnostne značilnosti, profesionalni položaj ter uporaba digitalnih tehnologij v različnih kontekstih. Ugotovitve prispevajo k boljšemu razumevanju kompleksnosti razvoja digitalnih kompetenc učiteljev in lahko služijo kot osnova za oblikovanje ciljno usmerjenih izobraževanj za učitelje.
