Prispevek visokošolskega učnega okolja h kariernemu razvoju študentov

Univerze in fakultete vedno bolj priznavajo svojo odgovornost za usmerjanje študentov in diplomantov v njihovem kariernem razvoju. Potreba po razumevanju, kako učno okolje vpliva na pridobivanje splošnih znanj oz. kompetenc, predmetno specifičnih znanj ter kompetenc študentov ter kolikšen je prispevek učnega okolja k razvoju in krepitvi kariernih kompetenc za učinkovit karierni menedžment, je aktualno raziskovalno področje številnih študij, v nacionalnem okolju pa še bilo ni izvedene študije, ki bi proučevala prispevek visokošolskega učnega okolja k razvoju kariernih kompetenc študentov. Osnovni namen prispevka je s pomočjo teoretičnih izhodišč domače in tuje znanstvene in strokovne literature s področja razvoja kariere, pedagogike in sorodnih smeri ter s pomočjo kvantitativne empirične raziskave oblikovati pregled elementov učnega okolja in njegovega prispevka k razvoju kariernih kompetenc študentov. Prizadevali smo si ugotoviti, kateri dejavniki učnega okolja so najpogosteje izpostavljeni kot pomembni za krepitev kariernih kompetenc študentov.
