Inovativna didaktična metoda: meduniverzitetno online projektno delo

Mednarodno projektno delo študentov in visokošolskih učiteljev predstavlja pomemben vidik usvajanja znanj in veščin, ključnih za dela v globaliziranem svetu. Ker vsi študenti ne morejo sodelovati v mednarodni mobilnosti, je pomembna tudi “internacionalizacija doma”. Namen študije je bil ugotoviti dojemanje uvajanja inovativne didaktične metode večperspektivnega online projektnega dela med študenti in visokošolskimi učitelji zdravstvene nege s slovenske in hrvaške univerze. Uporabljena je pilotna študija s kvantitativnim pristopom anketiranja študentov (N = 127) in kvalitativnim pristopom poglobljenih intervjujev študentov in visokošolskih učiteljev (N = 19), s katero smo ugotavljali zadovoljstvo, prednosti in ovire študentov in visokošolskih učiteljev Fakultete za zdravstvene vede Univerze v Novem mestu in Sveučilišta Sjever Odjel za sestrinstvo z izvedbo učne metode. Kvantitativni rezultati so pokazali, da so študenti obeh univerz v povprečju zelo zadovoljni z metodo, saj ni bilo ugotovljenih statistično značilnih razlik med njimi, poglobljeni intervjuji pa so razkrili največjo prednost in oviro sodelovanja.
