Vpliv menedžmenta na izobraževalno in raziskovalno dejavnost medicinskih sester

Raziskava preučuje vlogo izobraževalnih in raziskovalnih dejavnosti v strateških perspektivah direktorjev in pomočnikov direktorjev za zdravstveno nego slovenskih javnih bolnišnic, kar je ključno za profesionalizacijo zdravstvene nege in dvig kakovosti oskrbe. Rezultati deskriptivne kvantitativne raziskave (N = 34) kažejo, da večina vrhnjega menedžmenta slovenskih bolnišnic prepoznava pomen teh dejavnosti, vendar strategije pogosto ostajajo delno učinkovite. Raziskava razkriva statistično značilne razlike v zaznavanju pomembnosti raziskovalnih dejavnosti med direktorji/-icami in njihovimi pomočniki/-icami, kar nakazuje na potrebo po boljšem usklajevanju prioritet in razvoju raziskovalnih kompetenc. Identifikacija glavnih ovir, kot so pomanjkanje časa, znanja in motivacije, ter ključnih priložnosti, kot sta boljša organizacija dela in povečanje finančnih sredstev, osvetljuje kompleksnost izzivov na tem področju. Kljub omejitvam, kot sta majhen vzorec in osredotočenost na Slovenijo, raziskava ponuja dragocene vpoglede in izhodišča za razvoj politik, ki bi sistematično podprle izobraževanje in raziskovanje v zdravstveni negi ter prispevale k trajnostnemu razvoju tega področja.
