Stres, delovna zavzetost in zadovoljstvo z delom osnovnošolskih učiteljev

Povzetek

Učitelji so pri svojem delu izpostavljeni različnim stresnim okoliščinam, ki se lahko odražajo v številnih neugodnih zdravstvenih, psihosocialnih in delovnih izidih. Cilj raziskave je bil preveriti raven zaznanega stresa, delovne zavzetosti, zadovoljstva z delom v vzorcu slovenskih osnovnošolskih učiteljev (N = 335) ter preučiti povezanost med omenjenimi koncepti. Na podlagi rezultatov ugotavljamo, da učitelji zaznavajo zmerno raven stresa, razmeroma visoko delovno zavzetost ter zmerno do visoko stopnjo zadovoljstva z delom. Preverjanje razlik kaže, da izražajo učiteljice več delovne zavzetosti v primerjavi s kolegi. Prav tako ugotavljamo, da so učitelji na razredni stopnji v povprečju bolj delovno zavzeti in zadovoljni z delom kot učitelji, ki poučujejo na predmetni stopnji. Zaposleni z več delovnimi izkušnjami poročajo o nižji stopnji zaznanega stresa in višji stopnji zadovoljstva z delom kot tisti z manj delovnimi izkušnjami. Nadalje rezultati regresijske analize kažejo, da nižja raven zaznanega stresa in višje izražena čustvena zavzetost napovedujeta višjo raven delovnega zadovoljstva osnovnošolskih učiteljev.
