Razvoj učnega okolja z mapiranjem znanja in tehnikami mapiranja znanja

Namen prispevka je na podlagi pregleda, analize ter sinteze znanstvenih informacij iz zbirke podatkov Academic Search Elite, RUL, Cobiss. si, Google Scholar in Ebscohost ugotoviti, kakšno vlogo ima mapiranje znanja v organizaciji za razvoj učnega okolja zaposlenih. Ključni iskalni izrazi so bili: menedžment, upravljanje znanja, mape znanja, zemljevid/matrica znanja in upravljanje znanja v angleškem in slovenskem jeziku ter časovno obdobje od 2008 do 2020. Omejitvena kriterija iskanja sta bila: obdobje od 2008 do 2020 in celotno besedilo članka. V natančno obdelavo smo vključili 41 člankov, od tega smo v končno analizo vključili 9 kvantitativnih in 14 kvalitativnih raziskav. Identificirali smo 7 kod: miselni zemljevid, mapa konceptov, mapa posedovanih znanj, mapa delovnih procesov, mapa kompetenc, eksplicitno znanje, tacitno znanje. Raziskava je pokazala, da organizacije za razvoj učnega okolja v procesih dela v manjši meri uporabljajo metode mapiranja znanja, ki bi jim pomagale h kakovostnejši akumulaciji vsega znanja za dvig inovativnosti, uspešnosti in konkurenčnosti zaposlenih na vse bolj dinamičnem trgu.
