Kolegialno opazovanje kot orodje za usmerjanje osebnega profesionalnega razvoja

Povzetek

Učitelji s profesionalnim razvojem izboljšujejo kakovost učnega procesa, da bi zadovoljili interese in potrebe učencev kot posameznikov v družbi hitrih sprememb. Celovit profesionalni razvoj je proces, ki vključuje vse dejavnosti, ki vodijo do sprememb v znanju in prepričanju učiteljev, posledično pa do sprememb pri poučevanju in dosežkih učencev. Opazovanje sprememb pri poučevanju odpira možnosti za nove dejavnosti, ki posledično povzročajo spremembe v znanju učiteljev in učencev. Namen tega prispevka je razpravljati o kolegialnem opazovanju kot celostnem osebnem profesionalnem razvoju. Prispevek opisuje, kako kolegialno opazovanje omogoča samorefleksijo kot osnovo pri načrtovanju in usmerjanju profesionalnega razvoja. V praksi ga je mogoče dopolniti z vrednotenjem, ki je neločljivo povezano s poučevanjem in ga je mogoče opazovati kot del učnega cikla. Kolegialno opazovanje je dobra podlaga za ustvarjanje profesionalnih učnih skupnosti in učitelja podpira pri samostojnem načrtovanju poučevanja in osebnega profesionalnega razvoja.
