Pozitivna psihologija v svetovanju za kariero, izobraževanje in rehabilitacijo

Povzetek

Ključni raziskovalni problem članka je proučevanje pristopov, ki temeljijo na pozitivni psihologiji na različnih področjih, da bi ugotovili aplikativno možnost tega pristopa, praktično uporabnost in morebitne pasti in težave. V ta namen je bila opravljena indukcijska metaanaliza, ki kaže na premalo reflektirano in nekritično prehajanje od pristopa obravnave klientov, ki izhaja in se orientira samo na hibe in težave tako na svetovalnih, psihoterapevtskih kot drugih obravnavah klientov, na izključno pozitivni pristop obravnave, ki se opira in orientira le na moči posameznika in zanika ter ne upošteva hibe ali primanjkljaja. Očitno je treba najti v svetovanju in terapiji ravnovesje med na eni strani orientiranostjo na posameznikove moči in prednosti ter na drugi strani orientiranostjo na slabosti, ki jih je treba zmanjševati, zdraviti ali odpravljati. Ene in druge so namreč
resnične in naj jih svetovalec ali terapevt v primeru kariernega svetovanja, svetovanja v šoli in rehabilitacije oseb s posebnimi potrebami različno upošteva.
